Bootcamps
Bootcamps are good fun! I have the pista available from Monday to Friday and no one is there so it’s a great space to be outdoors and get some fresh air and sun. That’s where I run the bootcamps. I started last year and just completed one last week. 1 hour every day for 1/2/3 weeks with limited numbers to give a more personal service – too many and I can’t look after everyone as well as I would like to! I am trying to plan a weekend cultural fitness thing where I take a group of ladies to cities like Palma, Valencia, Lisbon, etc. and we do some tour guides, bike rides, workouts on the beach and I ask some of my other fitness friends to join and take a class like yoga or kickboxing, etc. At the same time they get to see parts of Europe!
The other type of bootcamp I would like to really try out is ‘bootcamp brides’. I organize venue and a week of exercises – food and perhaps some day trips that involve fitness some how like kayaking or cycling. That way I make it a little more fun but at the same time help the brides and guests get in shape!
