I believe in prevention and protection. While I was working as a nutritionist,  I realized that my best method or prescription was exercise, fresh air or de-stressing through yoga, pilates or a hot bath and an early night. It was no good me telling them what to eat if they were not exercising at the same time. It just didn’t feel natural or healthy.

This is my view – I am very good with gently rehabilitation through exercise and making one feel better within themselves after a session as opposed to being  hot and sweaty  and feeling like I have beaten you up!
