I love food and can talk about that an awful lot – healthy foods, obsessions and superfoods – I have a lot of thoughts and love finding great restaurants.

As I worked in restaurants for many years I also know or am good at telling how things are cooked, what’s going on behind the scenes, quality of food or how much salt or sugar or seasoning or fat is in something you may think is healthy!
