I like to work in groups and feel there is more energy and diversity and in general everyone leaves a class with a sense of enjoyment which leads to healthy hormones being produced! I also am very aware of intimidation and understand how this can affect people to beginning anything.

I myself am intimidated by gyms.  We all have our insecurities.
